President

Lindsey Powers

Lindsey works with small business owners throughout the Colorado, Utah and Kansas markets as a Portfolio Manager with the SBA division of NBH Bank. In this role, Lindsey works with small business and commercial bankers to identify, grow, and underwrite loan opportunities within these communities and ensures the overall success of her assigned portfolios.

Prior to transitioning to the SBA division, she developed her banking experience and skills as an underwriter focusing on C&I, commercial real estate, and private banking loans. However, she has not always been in banking.

As a small business owner herself, she developed a passion and deep understanding for the challenges small business owners and nonprofits face on a day-to-day basis.

In 2019, Lindsey went out for a trail run with a friend and fell in love with the sport. By partnering with Wander Project, she intends to utilize her professional experience in order to give back to this sport that she loves and to racing communities throughout the country.

Treasurer

Amy Rusiecki

Amy has been adventuring in the outdoors her entire life, and has been trail and ultra running for nearly 20 years.  Through these adventures, Amy has participated in races across the country, completing numerous 100-milers.  In 2015, she took over as Race Director of the Vermont 100 Endurance Race, and one of her impacts on this historic race was to implement a successful charity bib program to support the event's partner non-profits.

Since then, Amy took over as the RD for Seven Sisters Trail Race, created numerous other trail races, and launched a business called Beast Coast Trail Running, which hosts 6-8 races annually and numerous group runs and learning sessions.  Each trail race has a local non-profit partner, which has allowed her to work in the intersection of trail running and non-profit fundraising.

Amy learned about Wander Project by sharing some middle-of-the-night miles during a 100 mile race with a WP charity runner.  His story, but also learning about Wander Project and their mission, inspired Amy to reach out and learn more about the organization.  Amy is excited to bring her RD and running experiences to the Wander Project Board.
